This is your legal contract and acceptance of all policies terms and conditions. Please read carefully before signing.Fees are 35 per half hour, 52.50 per 45 minutes and 70 per one hour. All payments are due on the 1st of each month. There are no refunds for missed classes or going on holidays. Once a new month begins you must pay for the full month and take those lessons otherwise you forfeit your fee. If you cancel your lessons during any month there are no refunds. You must call or email the studio if your child will not be attending their lesson. Late fees are applied 5 business days after the due date. There is a 35 NSF fee for dishonored cheques.You are allowed 3 make-up lessons per year only if proper notice is given. Make-up lessons are only done at the teachers convenience. Your regular lesson time may not be used for make-up lessons.No refunds for any reason missed classes holidays cancellations including teacher cancellations. You must provide notice before a new month begins if you are discontinuing lessons. Otherwise you forfeit that months fees. Fees are due on the 1st of each month. Accepted payment methods cash cheque or e-transfer to tisho.musicinfo@gmail.com. Do not give payments to teachers. Use the locked mailbox at the studio or send e-transfers. Each teacher allows 3 make-up lessons per season scheduled at their convenience only. Missed lessons without proper notice are not eligible for make-up. Late cancellations of scheduled make-up lessons are not eligible for another make-up. If you cancel within 30 minutes of your scheduled time no make-up will be provided. Weather-related cancellations do not qualify for make-up lessons. Teacher cancellations must be made up by the teacher and do not count as your make-up lesson. This registration form confirms the applicants acceptance of all policies terms and conditions as outlined in the 2025-2026 legal contract.
