LEGAL CONTRACT & ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING POLICIES,
TERMS & CONDITIONS.

  • There are NO REFUNDS for any reason……ie: for missed classes, going on holidays, cancellations or teacher cancellations.
  • If you no longer wish to continue your lessons, you MUST give notice to do so BEFORE a new month begins, otherwise you forfeit your fee for that month.  You must finish the month you started.
  • All fees are due and payable on the 1st of each month.  We accept cash, cheque or etransfer.  Please DO NOT adjust your monthly fees.  You must follow the payment schedule provided to you.  We strongly recommend post dated cheques are kept on file in order to avoid late payments and late fees.  There is a $35 NSF fee for returned cheques.
  • DO NOT give payment to teachers or leave payments on the desks.  A locked mailbox is provided on the wall at the reception area to insure safety and privacy.  Envelopes and pens are provided.  Please be sure you write your child’s name on the envelope.
  • Each teacher shall accommodate THREE (3) make up lessons per year.  Absolutely no make up lessons will be provided after JUNE. Please be flexible and accommodating when your teachers are trying to schedule make up lessons, as their schedules are full, making it difficult to have a lot of options.
  • Any cancelled lesson by a teacher MUST be made up, however, it will not count as one the students missed lesson.
  • If winter weather/storms cause the studio to close, a make up lesson WILL be provided.
  • In order to be eligible for a make up lesson, a parent/guaradian must give at least 12 hours notice.  A late cancellation of a SCHEDULED MAKE UP LESSON will not be eligible for another make up lesson. A missed lesson with NO NOTIFICATION is NOT eligible for a make up lesson.
  • Due to the number of students enrolled in our school, these policies have been implemented to make our school more efficient for our students and staff.  It will insure a professional and consistent atmosphere, so we ask for your co-operation and encourage you to give your music education top priority and maintain a good attendance.
